JAN – JUL Down Industry

According to GACC, from this JAN to JUL, the export amount of China down industry has been 1.554 billion USD, with 17.23% year on year growth, but has 26.36% decline compared to the same period of 2019. JUL export data is showed as below:

JAN – JUL Domestic Textile and Garment

According to GACC, from this JAN to JUL, the export amount of China textile and garment have achieved 168.35 billion USD, with 7.7% year on year growth. Among all categories, the export amount of textile export is 80.25 billion USD, with 10.8% year on year decline. And the export amount of garment is 88.1 billion USD, with 32.9% year on year growth.

Industrial Cluster

Wuchuan city, Guangdong province, owns 103 down and feather companies, among them, 10 are large-scale washed down companies, having annual high quality down production capacity of over 80,000 tons, annual down products production capacity over 1.5 million pieces, and annual output around 3.5 billion RMB. Currently the first establishment (about 333 thousand square meters) of down industrial base has been put into use. And the second establishment is under planning. Wuchuan city will accelerate the formation of centralization and modern industrial system for the down industry.
