According to the requirement of General Administration of Customs of the People's Republic of China (GACC), before exporting washed down and feather to China, the foreign company should be approved by competent authority (association, veterinary department or agriculture department) of exporting country and registered by GACC. And after registration, the valid period is 5 year.
